Keyko brings a unique global perspective to real estate, having been born in Fukuoka, Japan, to a Chilean family of German heritage. A graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, she has lived and worked across multiple countries, enriching her understanding of diverse cultures and markets. With over thirty years of experience in the Bay Area, Keyko's deep-rooted love for the region and its communities enhances her ability to guide clients with insight and expertise.
Monica earned her J.D. in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania. She practiced at a global lawfirm representing lenders and rating agencies in structured finance transactions for several years before serving as an Assistant General Counsel at Aramark. Subsequently, she and her family lived in Europe and Asia for a decade prior to relocating to the Bay area.
With a shared enthusiasm for real estate, Keyko Pintz and Monica Hanover of Hummingbird Homes Menlo Park are dedicated to understanding and meeting their clients’ needs. Their shared value in building long-lasting connections expands to their clients and they seek to forge enduring relationships that prevail across the years. Two minds are better than one and while Keyko lends her years of experience in real estate, Monica contributes a strong background in law and real estate. They are both multilingual and have spent extensive time living abroad, which assists them in better serving their diverse client base. Outside of work, the two love engaging with their community. Keyko enjoys coordinating poetry readings and author talks at Feldman’s books, while Monica serves on the board of The Climate Initiative and helps coordinate The Tidal Shift Youth Climate Art Competition.
